The Brief:
Siemens faced a significant challenge. How to recruit the top engineering talent they were loosing to their big competitors. We started by re-defining their internal communication to connect better with their employees. We designed a warmer and softer employer brand to give talent and employees insights of what is really like to work at Siemens.
Process
Starting from a device that illustrates the key message of communication, we built iout a modular visual language with more than 300 applications to apply to all internal and external communications.
Future Makers
We sent 360 degree cameras to teams around the world and VR viewers to every employee. This allowed an unseen view into the daily lives of their global colleagues.
Results
People noticed. Employees noticed. The work was a resounding success seeing 120 employee stories published, 99% perception change among staff and a 278% uplift in job applicants.
